WELCOMEAND PURPOSE OF MEETING 2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE 3. OUTLINE OF NATIONAL MEASURES SO FAR 4. ANY OTHER BLUEBELL COMJMUNITY EVENTS PLANNED TO DATE? 5. SUGGESTIONS RECEIVED SO FAR a) Street Party (we did this in 2012 for Diamond Jubilee) b) Exhibition of crafts, models, artwork etc in VH - particularly relevant to lockdown 'therapies'? Family Treasure hunt - walk around the Gransdens e.g. trying to match unusual photos taken from public highway to places such as 'church weather vane' ? c) Ceremony/installation of information signs? d) Revellers will be doing 'Time Travellers' in 2022 - thought a tableau through the last 70 years might be a good ending and a tribute to the Queen? e) Queen’s Canopy There is a national campaign for tree planting during 2022 – if not trees – perhaps flowers/bulbs? 6. OPEN SESSION 7. WHAT NEXT? If there is sufficient interest, this meeting needs to: 8.
