The more households that register the more money will be available.

The only information we need from you to register interest is:
Name, Postcode, Address, Landline Number, whether you are a SME or residential property.

Parish Councillors will be knocking on doors to collect your details if you are interested, alternatively you can email your details to:

Your details will be kept only in relation to this initiative.

The County Council has advised that Main Road, Little Gransden (B1046) will be closed from 2–4 December for works to replace overhead cables.

The Woodland Trust is encouraging everyone to plant trees, and has a number of packs of trees or hedging on offer at favourable prices. If you don’t have room to plant several trees, why not get together with some neighbours to share a pack? The birth of a new baby can also be celebrated by purchasing a tree or dedicating one at one of the Woodland Trust’s sites. See

The Let’s Get Moving Campaign is to promote more physical activity among residents of South Cambridgeshire. A new class for Circuit Training has started at Little Gransden Village Hall, adding to the other physical activities offered in the hall, including yoga, Pilates, bowls, badminton and at the fortnightly NAFFI club table tennis and boccia.

Public to have say on Cambridgeshire and Peterborough radical bus reform: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority has launched a public survey on bus services as part of an ongoing radical reform of its bus network. From November 4th, there will be a six-week survey to canvas public views on Cambridgeshire and Peterborough bus services and how they can be improved. You can feed back on the current bus network, through a survey that can be completed online or by phone. Respondents will be asked to comment on levels of satisfaction and a range of suggested improvements including more frequent services, an expansion of the bus network and new routes. Other ideas include greater use of technology such as driverless shuttles and more use of alternative fuels such as electric buses. The results of the survey with the public will be used as an evidence base for a plan for how to improve the bus network. Deadline: 15 December Contact:,uk/S/futurebus or telephone 07377001512
